Nothing on a DealRoom page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy real estate or securities, and nothing is legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. TRG is not acting as a real estate broker, agent, or advisor through this service. Any transaction happens outside DealRoom under separately executed agreements between the parties.
Resale estimates, rehab budgets, projected spreads, and similar figures are estimates generated from data tools, county public records, and the Presenter's own inputs. They are not an appraisal, comparative market analysis (CMA), or broker price opinion (BPO), and they are not guaranteed. You must independently verify all figures before acting on them.
Deal links are prepared for their intended recipients. Do not republish, scrape, or redistribute a deal page or its documents without the Presenter's permission. Links may require a passcode and may expire or be revoked at any time.
You may not use DealRoom to present false or misleading information, to violate fair housing, licensing, or advertising laws, or to interfere with the service's operation.
The service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRG's total liability arising out of the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). TRG is not liable for decisions made in reliance on presented information.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
